Shipping Information

We currently ship across Ireland, the UK, and the rest of Europe.

• Standard Shipping (Ireland & UK):
  All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Northern Ireland.
  Standard delivery takes 1–2 working days after dispatch.

• European Shipping:
  We also ship across the EU. Standard rates apply and are calculated at checkout.
  If you're ordering from outside the EU, you are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes charged upon delivery in your country.

• Shipping Rates:
  Standard flat rates apply based on your region.
  From time to time, free shipping offers may be available and will be automatically applied at checkout.

• Dispatch & Tracking:
  Orders are usually dispatched within 1 business day. You'll receive tracking details once your order has shipped.

Returns & Exchanges

If you'd like to return or exchange your order, email realhuman@reject.ie within 14 days of receiving your order and we'll guide you through the next steps.

• Change of Mind:
  You’re welcome to return or exchange your order, provided items are unopened and in their original condition.
  The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

• Faulty or Damaged Items:
  If your order arrives damaged or faulty, email realhuman@reject.ie with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll sort it quickly.

• Important Note on Opened Goods:
  For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or damaged consumables, unless the product was faulty on arrival.

• Refunds:
  Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome.
  Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method and may take up to 10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.

• Exchanges:
  If you'd prefer an exchange instead of a refund, just let us know in your email. We’ll do our best to accommodate.

• No Partial Returns:
  We only accept returns for complete orders or full product sets. Partial returns are not eligible for refund.
